" Dear readers and viewers, I am glad to interact with you through this platform as we continue to consolidate our previous gains, in this year 2025, our main goal shall be to continue creating a conducive and safe learning environment by providing as far as our means may permit, the necessary physical and emotional requirements needed for effective learning guided by our theme which this time is to “optimize and innovate for improved results.” At Bombo SS we are committed to providing a qualitative, affordable and sustainable education with the aim of producing an all-round individual. This means, we are also working tirelessly to promote co-curricular activities to maintain the good record our products have made previously in the field of games and sports at both national and international levels. Our Islamic theology program is now fully functional with the various courses of IDAAD and THANAWI while the Christian students are also given liberty to learn and practice their religion in order to meet our goal of producing God fearing students. At Bombo SS, we emphasize holistic learning with developed intellectual emotional, social, physical and spiritual qualities is of paramount importance to us in order for our learners to fit properly in the current global trend. Thus a part from academics we also put in place measures to improve on our student’s talents in various fields of games and sports, life skills as well as religions studies among others. Academically, Bombo SS School in one of the best performing schools in the district with a record of very good performance especially in science. As a result, several prominent doctors and engineer in the country have been product of Bombo SS School. In the field of games and sports we are a giant producing not only natural but international stars especially in the field of Athletics; prominent among these are; Catherine Webombesa who won gold in 2008 in Russia and in 2011: Halima Nakaayi also a prominent international Ugandan athlete won a gold medal at Olympics women’s in the UK while still a student and continues to represent Uganda in international athletics to date.
